I have taken
Your book
Which was on
The shelf

The one your
favorite purple bookmark
was holding
a page in

I’m terribly sorry,
But I had to read it,
It was so funny,
And such a cliff-hanger

Your disappearing cake

I’m sorry I ate your cake.
It just looked so yummy.
With it’s icing and
Chocolate it was definitely
A treat.
I hope you
bring some more for dessert.
